Even though the new seating arrangement will have us "socially distanced", the CMCC has requested that we all "mask up" during the event.  SEASC will be providing masks or you may bring your own.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Silver Sponsor ($800)
Silver Level Sponsorship includes recognition of your sponsorship on the conference signage, in the conference binder (Company Name & Logo in color), and on the SEASC website; and one (1) exhibitor table with two (2) company representatives in attendance. Also includes continental breakfast, breaks, & lunch.

Gold Sponsor ($1200)
Gold Level Sponsorship includes recognition of your sponsorship on the conference signage & in the conference binder (Company Name & Logo in color in a larger size & more prominent location than Silver Sponsor), and on the SEASC website; and one (1) exhibitor table with two (2) company representatives in attendance. Also includes continental breakfast, breaks, & lunch.

Platinum Sponsor ($1,600)
Platinum Level Sponsorship includes recognition of your sponsorship on the conference signage & in the conference binder (Company Name & Logo in color in extra large size), and on the SEASC website along with a link to your company website; and one (1) exhibitor table with two (2) company representatives in attendance. Plus your company literature and/or marketing materials will be pre-inserted into the conference attendees “goodie bags”, if you so desire. Sponsorship includes continental breakfast, breaks, & lunch. Also, the Platinum Sponsors get the pick of booth locations in the exhibit hall after Double Platinum & Titanium Sponsors have made their selections.

Titanium Sponsor ($2,400)
Titanium Sponsorship includes recognition of your sponsorship on the conference signage & in the conference binder (Company Name & Logo in color in extra large size), and on the SEASC website along with a link to your company website; and one (1) exhibitor table with two (3) company representatives in attendance. Plus your company literature and/or marketing materials will be pre-inserted into the conference attendees “goody bags”, if you so desire. Includes continental breakfast, breaks, & lunch. Also, the Titanium Sponsors get the second pick of booth locations in the exhibit hall (Double Platinum gets first pick).

Double Platinum Sponsor ($3,500)
Double Platinum Sponsorship includes recognition of your sponsorship on the conference signage & in the conference binder (Company Name & Logo in color in extra large size), and on the SEASC website along with a link to your company website; and one (1) exhibitor table with four (4) company representatives in attendance. Plus your company literature and/or marketing materials will be pre-inserted into the conference attendees “goody bags”, if you so desire. Also includes continental breakfast, breaks, & lunch. Also, the Double Platinum Sponsors get the first picks of booth locations in the exhibit hall.

Signage - For conference signage & binders, and for inclusion on the SEASC website (sponsors), please email a high-resolution JPEG of your company’s logo to jesse@BurkeEngr.com or upload using the registration form below by the registration deadline.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Table Top Exhibits
One (1) table will be provided to each exhibitor. Table will be a typical hotel style folding table (approximately 72" x 30"). Products and literature should be selected to fit on the one (1) table provided. Additional space will not be available on the day of the Annual Conference. The set-up will have all booths "socially distanced" and the venue requests that we all "mask-up" during the event.

Electricity
Electricity requirements must be indicated on the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form and must be submitted by Monday, 10 August 2020. Electricity cannot be activated on day of the Annual Conference.

Internet Access
Internet access will be available at the Conference. The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center offers FREE WI-FI. The information necessary for access will be provided by CMCC the morning of the conference.

Set-Up Time
Display set-up is from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM on the day of the Annual Conference.

Lunch
In appreciation of your participation in our Annual Conference, SEASC invites all registered representatives from your company to attend the lunch buffet with the conference attendees. All Sponsors & Exhibitors are also invited to attend the educational sessions.

Tear-Down Time
Display teardown can begin anytime after 4:30 PM but must be completed by 6:00 PM on the day of the Annual Conference. We ask that you please wait until after the final break to take down your booth

Door Prizes
Increase your company’s exposure and recognition by donating a door prize to be given away at the conference. Please indicate on your registration form if your company desires to donate a prize

Wednesday Evening
Wednesday evening, 19 August, there will be a SEASC Happy Hour & Dinner at Terra Restaurant, 100 State Street, West Columbia, SC. Social time beginning around 6:00; Seated for dinner around 7:30± (Dutch Treat). Please let us know if you plan to attend so that ample wait staff may be provided. Terra is located just across the river about 8 blocks from the hotels & Convention Center.
