2023-2024 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
To join the SEA of SC for the September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024 membership year, please follow the instructions below & submit the following application by October 6th, 2023.
$20 late fee will be charged on all renewals after October 6, 2023. Renewal after December 31st, 2023 can only be applied toward 2024-2025 membership period.
